The General State Traffic Police Department (BDYPI) has released images of the traffic accident involving a well-known blogger in Baku. The videos show that a “Porsche” car driven by blogger Nijat Shakirli collided with a truck driven by Ramiz Aivazov on Heydar Aliyev avenue, Nizami district of the capital. It should be noted that the passenger of Nijat Shakirli, resident of Ganja city, Ruslan Mammadov, born in 1996, died as a result of the accident. At that time, citizen Fakhri Rustamov, who was in the area, approached the scene to help. He was injured in his right hand. Driver Nijat Shakirli and Fakhri Rustamov were evacuated to medical facilities under TABIB. The State Road Police (STP) officers were immediately involved in the area and started regulating the traffic. At that time, one of the passing cars hit the DYP employee. As a result, the police officer was slightly injured in the leg. Regarding the fact, a criminal case has been opened under the relevant article of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is underway. It should be recalled that TABIB released official information on this: At around 01:08, the Baku City Emergency and Urgent Medical Aid Station under TABIB received a call about a traffic accident in Narimanov district, and the brigades were immediately involved in the scene. Citizen Shakirli Nijat (29 years old), who was injured as a result of the incident, was evacuated to the medical institutions under TABIB with a diagnosis of amputation of the right upper limb from the elbow, and Rustamov Fakhri (23 years old) with a cut wound of the right hand. Currently, they are provided with necessary medical care. As a result of the accident, the death of 1 person was registered.
