The judicial authority in Abyan Governorate carried out, today, Tuesday, May 7, death sentences for four convicted of multiple murders, in the presence of the leaders of the security and judicial services and crowds of citizens.

A statement issued by the Abyan Governorate Security Department explained that the death sentence was carried out against: "Salah Abdul Hamid Saleh Hansh Al-Muzahimi, and Khaled Abdul Raqib Ghalib Al-Muzahemi" for killing "Saleh Ali Saleh Al-Hadi and his companion Alaa Qassim Ali Al-Humayqani."

The "legal retribution ruling against the convicted "Abdullah Masoud Al-Houshabi" for raping and killing the child "Charter of Al-Dabiya" was also implemented. On March 22, 2023, the child was housed "Chritter" in the Zanzibar district of Abyan provincial center, with the participation of crowds of citizens, days after the death sentence of his killer was issued by the city's court of first instance.

The fourth convict to be executed is "Ahmed Saleh Omar Al-Joufi" for killing as a citizen of the Lawder Directorate in Abyan province.

The statement of the Security Department stated that the implementation of the rulings was carried out in the presence of the Director General of the Security of the Governorate, Brigadier General Ali Nasser Bouzid (Abu Mishaal Al-Kazmi), a number of judges, chief prosecutors, and officials of the local authority, and in the presence of a crowd of the people of Zanzibar and the families of the victims.

In its statement, the Abyan Governorate Security Department confirmed its tireless efforts with the judiciary to resolve the rest of the cases. He called on citizens to continuously cooperate with security men for the public interest.

In Shabwa Governorate, the central prison square in Ataq City witnessed, yesterday, Monday, May 6, the implementation of the "Shari'a retribution" by the Shabwa court against the convict "P, G, S, D" (27 years old) for the deliberate killing of the victim "Sabri Qassem".
