The 35-year-old man was participating in an illegal race with three other motorcyclists when he lost control of the vehicle, crashed and lost his life.
A 35-year-old man died after crashing with his motorcycle while participating in an illegal race in the town of Libertad, Merlo district. The accident took place at the intersection of Eva Perón and Helvecia avenues, where the motorcyclist - identified as Matías Adrián Dibastini - was running a dive.
The accident was recorded by a security camera on the avenue. In the images you can see the man running a race with three other motorcyclists. At one point, his motorcycle touches the central dividing curb, so he ends up being thrown and crashing into a pole.
Due to the impact, Dibastini died instantly, while the other two motorcyclists were left in a state of shock.
At this time, the reasons why the motorcyclist lost control of the vehicle are unknown. The case is investigated by UFI No. 4 of the Morón Judicial Department, which ordered the autopsy and on-site examinations to be carried out.
