Man fatally shot, ran over by brother-in-law - Turkey

A man who was beaten by his brother-in-law when he encountered him on the road in the Melikgazi district of Kayseri caused terror. Unable to digest the beating he received, the man pulled out a gun from his waist and first sprayed him with bullets, then ran him over with his car. The horrific moments were captured on a security camera.

In the Melikgazi district of Kayseri, Yener K. , who had a previous feud with him, and his brother-in-law Sertan Temel encountered each other on the road. Temel ran quickly and attacked Yener K. After being beaten by his brother-in-law for minutes, the man went crazy with anger. Yener K. pulled out a gun from his waist and aimed it at Temel and opened fire.

Yener K., who fired several times, ran over his brother-in-law, who was covered in blood, and fled the scene. Upon notification from the people around, a large number of police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. While the police teams took extensive security measures in the area, it was determined by the medical teams that Temel had lost his life.

Yener K., who escaped after the incident, was caught and detained in a short time as a result of the work of the police teams, and the unfortunate man's body was taken to the hospital morgue after examination.

On the other hand, security camera footage of the murder has emerged. In the footage, Sertan Temel is seen blocking his brother-in-law Yener K.'s path as he leaves the market and begins to beat him. Yener K. then pulls out his gun and shoots his brother-in-law, then changes the magazine after he runs out of bullets and continues shooting, which was captured on the security camera. The moments when the suspect runs over Sertan Temel with the vehicle he got into and then runs away were captured on the security camera second by second. In addition, the moments when citizens around him panicked were also captured on the footage.
