According to witnesses, the suspect, along with three other people, allegedly tried to kidnap the owner of a business on Eloy Alfaro and Ayacucho streets.

According to preliminary information, the man and three other people allegedly tried to kidnap the owner of a business. This occurred on the streets of Eloy Alfaro and Ayacucho.

The suspect struggled with the victim for several minutes. At that point, he was reportedly shot by one of his accomplices.

Police officers went to the scene to investigate the case. The man was taken to a hospital accompanied by the officers. At the moment, the authorities have not commented on the incident.
