A woman went to the office of Madhugiri DYSP Ramachandrappa in Pavagada to file a complaint regarding a land dispute. The Dy SP allegedly took her to his restroom inside the office and made her engage in a sexual act on the pretext of doing favour to her in the dispute. Someone recorded the video through a window.

It's very common for Policemen to demand sexual favours from women specially those who went to police station to complain against their husbands and boy friends. Most of the Police Stations in India are like a brothel for women and like a slaughter house for men.
