Recently, a vicious violent incident occurred near the Sanji Community in Shangshangcheng, Sanhe City, Hebei Province. A man stabbed a victim with a knife on the street, and the victim’s heart-wrenching cries were heard at the scene. Witnesses said that the victim fell to the ground quickly after being attacked, bleeding profusely, and was in critical condition.
