A 54-year-old man, owner of a small grocery store , was executed on Friday morning (24), in São Pedro do Glória, district of Fervedouro .

The crime was filmed by security cameras, which show the shooter arriving on the back of a motorcycle. As soon as he approaches the merchant, he fires the first shot.

According to the PM, the victim’s brother, who witnessed the murder, reported that the two were putting some materials in the truck when they were surprised by the bandits. The witness ran, but said he saw the motorcycle heading towards Rosa Verde.

According to information released by the police, an employee at the victim’s supermarket reported that her boss had a lawsuit against a person who owed him money. According to her, this person exchanged checks but stopped paying, generating a debt of R$12,000.

The woman, as well as family members, claim that this would be the only initial hypothesis of the crime, that the victim used to pay for everything in cash and always carried a sum of money.

The PM did not specify how many shots hit the victim, and, as of early afternoon, the suspects of the crime had not been located. The report contacted the Civil Police to find out details of the investigation and is awaiting a response.
