On February 20, a clip of a garbage truck crashing into an old woman riding a bicycle, spread a clip on social networks. According to the reporter's verification, the incident took place in Binh Da ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province on February 15.

The source of Dan Viet reporter said that when the accident happened, the driver was a woman suspected of not having a driver's license. The old lady was then taken to the emergency hospital, but died.

Currently, the case is being filed, investigated and handled by the Dong Nai Provincial Police according to regulations.
