A rare accident has just occurred on National Highway 2, passing through Yen Phu commune, Ham Yen district, Tuyen Quang province. Accordingly, while moving, the tractor's tire suddenly splashed off, killing one person.

According to initial information, at about 16:00 on February 21, a tractor with a control plate 19F-004.xx towed a 19-002.xx trailer driven by driver T.X.K. (45 years old, from Phu Tho) and moved in the direction of Ha Giang - Tuyen Quang.

When arriving at Km195+620 National Highway 2, the car suddenly broke the rear axle on the left, causing the tire to splash out.

The tire rushed to the other side of the road, hitting Mr. T.V.M. (53 years old, residing in Ham Yen district, Tuyen Quang) who was mowing grass on the side of the road. The strong impact caused the victim to die on the spot. It is known that Mr. M. is an employee of the Road Maintenance Management Board (Tuyen Quang Department of Transport).

Authorities are continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
