A dash cam clip capturing an accident in Bac Kan has drawn significant attention online. The footage, recorded by a car traveling on the road at the time, shows the incident occurring around 2:34 p.m. on April 8.

The victim, a male student wearing a school uniform jacket, was riding an electric bicycle. As seen in the video, he passed a truck parked along the roadside and moved into the far-right lane. Distracted by his phone, he failed to notice another truck parked a few dozen meters ahead and crashed directly into its rear. The impact was strong and startled many viewers of the clip.

Fortunately, the student’s injuries were not as severe as initially feared. According to local resident Trinh Thuy Thuy, the boy suffered a broken jaw along with cuts to his nose and mouth. His family has taken him to Viet Duc Hospital, where he underwent forehead surgery earlier today.
