In Quevedo, an attempted assassination of a young barber was captured on security footage inside a local barbershop. According to the video, a suspected gunman entered the shop while the barber was attending to a customer, seemingly intent on killing him.

The footage shows the assailant quickly approaching the barber and aiming a firearm. However, the weapon repeatedly misfired. During this tense moment, the barber took cover behind a chair, visibly distressed and screaming for help.

Two customers present at the time fled the scene as the danger unfolded.

After several unsuccessful attempts to fire the gun, the attacker retreated and fled in an unknown direction.
