Canter overturns in Hathras, driver killed; bike riders thrown several feet into the air after being struck by a car - India

A canter vehicle loaded with crockery overturned after hitting the divider on the highway near the railway crossing bridge in the district's Sikandara Kotwali area on Sunday night. When it overturned, the crockery loaded in it scattered on the road.

The driver of the canter died on the spot with serious injuries. At the same time, a shocking video has surfaced from Raebareli. In this, the car hit the youths on the bike. The impact was so strong that the young man on the bike jumped several feet into the air.

According to the information, a canter vehicle loaded with crockery goods from Khurja had left for Assam. When Sikandarau approached the railway crossing bridge in Kotwali area, it hit the divide and overturned.

The canter's overturn scattered the crockery stuff loaded in it. The driver also died on the spot. After receiving the information, the local police reached the spot and with the help of a crane, the canter was turned aside, after which the traffic could be resumed.

Police have sent the driver's body for postmortem. The driver has been identified as Harbir, 30-year-old son of Ratan Singh, resident of Nangla Mauncha police station, Usrahar district, Etawah.

CO Shyamveer Singh said that the crockery goods in a canter vehicle were going from Khurja to Assam. He overturned out of control near the railway crockery bridge at around 1 a.m. on Sunday. The driver died on the spot. The body has been sent for postmortem.
